Acceptance of Terms
By creating an account, joining an event, or otherwise using Disporazzi, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the app.
What Disporazzi Does
Disporazzi is a disposable digital camera mobile app for events. Hosts create events, participants join, take photos in the app, and photos become visible to the host and other participants after the event reveal.
Eligibility
You must be at least 13 years old to use Disporazzi, or older if your country requires it. You are responsible for using the app in compliance with the laws that apply to you.
Event Hosting and Joining
Hosts are responsible for the events they create, including who they invite and how the event is run. Participants are responsible for their conduct in any event they join. Disporazzi does not vet hosts, participants, or events.
User Content and Photos
You keep ownership of the photos and content you create. By submitting photos to an event, you grant Disporazzi a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to host, store, process, and display that content as needed to operate the service (for example, to show the photo to other participants of the same event).
You confirm that you have the right to submit any content you upload and that it does not violate anyone’s rights.
Photo Visibility
Photos you submit to an event are intended to be visible to the host and to other participants of that event after the event is revealed. Do not submit anything to an event that you would not be comfortable sharing with everyone in it.
Prohibited Uses
You agree not to upload, share, or transmit content that is:
- Illegal, harmful, threatening, harassing, or abusive.
- Sexual content involving minors, in any form.
- Non-consensual intimate content, or content shared without the subject’s permission where permission is required.
- Private personal information of another person shared without their consent.
- Spam, malware, or content designed to disrupt or attack the service.
You also agree not to attempt to reverse engineer the app, abuse rate limits, or access accounts that are not yours.
Reports and Content Removal
If you see content that violates these Terms, you can report it by emailing support.disporazzi@gmail.com. We may review and remove content, suspend events, or take other action at our discretion.
No Permanent Storage Guarantee
Disporazzi is not designed or intended to be a permanent photo storage service. We may remove event content after a reasonable period, and we do not guarantee that any specific photo will remain accessible forever. Please save copies of anything you want to keep.
Account or Access Termination
We may suspend or terminate your access to the service if you violate these Terms, abuse the service, or create risk for other users or for Disporazzi. You can stop using the app at any time and request account deletion by contacting us.
Disclaimers
Disporazzi is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. We do not warrant that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that any specific content will be preserved.
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent allowed by law, Disporazzi and its team will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss of data, photos, profits, or goodwill, arising from your use of the service.
Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will update the “Last updated” date above and, where appropriate, notify you in the app. Continued use of Disporazzi after an update means you accept the revised Terms.
