Disporazzi (“Disporazzi,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) operates a disposable digital camera mobile application for events. This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect when you use the app, how we use it, and the choices you have. By using Disporazzi, you agree to this policy.

Information We Collect

We collect only what we need to provide the service. This may include:

Your name, as you provide it during sign-up or profile setup.
Your phone number, used to verify your identity and sign you in.
Event participation data, such as which events you join or host, when you joined, and your role in the event.
Photos you capture and submit through the app.
Camera access, only when you actively use the in-app camera.
Basic technical and log data, such as device type, operating system, app version, crash reports, and approximate timing of requests.

How We Use Information

We use the information we collect to:

Create and maintain your account.
Let you host events and let others join events.
Deliver photos to the event host and to other participants of the same event after the reveal.
Keep the service reliable, secure, and free from abuse.
Respond to support, privacy, and content-related requests.

Photos and Event Visibility

Disporazzi is built around shared events. Photos you submit to an event are intended to be visible to the host of that event and to other participants of the event once the event is revealed. Do not submit anything to an event that you would not be comfortable sharing with everyone in that event.

Camera Access

The app requests camera access so you can take photos within an event. We only use the camera when you actively trigger it. We do not access your camera in the background.

Sharing of Information

We do not sell your personal information. We share information only as needed to provide the service, including:

With other participants of an event you join, limited to what the event experience requires (such as your name and photos you submit).
With service providers that help us run Disporazzi (for example, hosting, storage, phone verification, and crash reporting).
When required by law, legal process, or to protect the rights, safety, and property of our users or others.

Data Retention

We retain account information for as long as your account is active. Event content (such as photos) is retained for the time needed to run the event experience and may be removed afterward. Disporazzi is not intended as a permanent photo storage service.

Data Deletion Requests

You can request deletion of your account, your content, or specific photos at any time by emailing support.disporazzi@gmail.com. We will process the request within a reasonable timeframe, subject to any legal obligations to retain certain records.

Security

We use reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect your information. No system is perfectly secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security. Please choose a strong account setup and keep your device protected.

Children / Minors

Disporazzi is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from them. Some regions require a higher minimum age — please follow the rules that apply where you live. If you believe a minor has provided us information, contact us and we will take appropriate steps.

Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we do, we will update the “Last updated” date above and, where appropriate, notify you in the app. Continued use of Disporazzi after an update means you accept the revised policy.
